After years of near misses at my chance to sit in the Green Chair I finally had the opportunity yesterday! It came during a walk thru of the corporate offices of DealerSocket CRM which was simply put, staggering in its Awesomivity! I have used the D/S CRM for many years, as well as many others and a...lways felt the tool, while awesome is actually eclipsed by the incredible level of support DealerSocket provides for their partner dealerships during the months/years that follow the putting of pen to paper and yesterday I got a full understanding of why. The moment I walked in I felt the energy and it was great! Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE had a smile and warm handshake and each person I spoke to was more than happy to take a moment from their day and not only listen to me but really give me their honest opinion of why D/S would be a great partner for the future of our store. As we walked around I gained a real respect for the size of the team behind the world famous Green Chair and a sincere appreciation for the sense of team play that is everywhere. If the CRM was only an ok tool I would probably still use it with pleasure because of the team behind it however... in my opinion its is an awesome tool with all the features that I know will help take our team into the stratosphere and with the team in San Clemente standing behind it, DealerSocket is the only CRM partner I would wholeheartedly recommended for any car dealership! I've used other Automotive CRM's (they shall go unnamed to protect the inexperienced) and this one is definitely the top dog. Support is quick and intelligent, product is advanced and innovative. They're always tweaking and improving things, adding products, and the software is the most advanced in ...the market. Could not ask for a better CRM. Muestre más
